Greek Yogurt Dip

Are You Looking for a Way to enjoy more salads and fresh produce?

Everybody knows that fruits and vegetables are healthy. Everybody realizes that they need to eat more healthy produce, but not everybody wants too. Rich Greek yogurt dips are the best way to make fruits and vegetables irresistible.

Why Greek Yogurt is The Perfect Diet Food

Most diet foods don’t exactly leave you feeling satisfied. And very few diet foods are anticipated like a dessert.

It is high in calcium. Dairy calcium has been proven to trim belly fat.
It is an excellent source of protein and energy to keep you going strong all day.
Body builders, athletes and health conscious people everywhere are falling in love with Greek yogurt.

It is rich and satisfying, unlike most diet foods. Greek yogurt has a better consistency with out the add-ins like gelatin and starch.

Here are some of my favorite Greek Yogurt Dip Recipes from my book Skinny Dipping.

Spinach Artichoke Yogurt Dip

Spinach artichoke dip is a favorite for parties and potluck, however this recipe is different. It has about half the fat or a traditional dip and some added benefits, like protein, calcium and cultures.
Ingredients:
2 cans Artichoke Hearts, drained, and chopped
1 cup chopped, cooked frozen Spinach (thawed)
1 cup Fat Free or Regular Greek-Style Yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan, Romano, and/or Asiago Cheese
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered at 450 degrees F for about 8 more minutes, until the cheese is browned. Yogurt dips can also be made with plain yogurt that is strained.
