There are several yogurt salad dressing recipes here, but please don’t feel like you have to stick to a recipe. It’s easy to experiment and invent your own homemade dressings.

If you have a favorite commercial dressing that you are used to buying like ranch or blue cheese, try re-creating it with healthy ingredients.

Yogurt salad dressings will keep about 1-2 weeks if refrigerated. That is much shorter than store-bought so you may want to make your dressing in very small quantities.
The recipes below make about 2 cups and can be halved if you won’t be using that much dressing.
